You'll start by training for three-12 weeks at our Academy to prepare you for your role.

Once you're up to speed with the latest skills and industry knowledge, we employ you throughout your 12-24-month placement with one of our clients. (We work with investment banks and other big companies in industries from healthcare to aviation to insurance.) You'll get properly stuck in: it's your chance to learn, grow and really make an impact. You'll earn a salary increase every 6 months, progressing with help from a tailored online learning plan.

Afterwards, the vast majority of graduates continue their career with the client as a permanent employee.

Wiley Edge Graduate Programmes:

Deadline: Rolling, we have graduate cohorts starting every six-eight weeks

Software development: perfect for you if you have programming experience in an object-oriented programming language

Production support: perfect for you if you have basic computer skills including the ability to install software on a computer and organize files using folders.

Degrees: STEM or you can display a passion for working within the tech industry and have experience; for example completed a coding bootcamp.

Business operations and banking services: perfect for you if you have a genuine interest in Banking and Financial Markets.

Degrees: finance university background or similar field, however we equally welcome graduates of all degrees
