Training contract

At Latham we’re invested in our trainees, as both lawyers and individuals. We’re committed to equipping you with all the resources you’ll need to move your legal career forward, whatever path you choose. We are a firm with an ambitious and dedicated personality. You will experience:

• A three-week induction to get to know your peers and transition into life at Latham.
• Four, six-month seats, two of these in Corporate and Finance.
• A client or international secondment (depending on business need).

Vacation schemes

We hold vacation schemes throughout the year, which run for either one week or two across two practice areas. Our vacation schemes are a great opportunity for us to get to know each other before you graduate. You’ll have the chance to be involved with real client-facing work, giving you a taste of life as a trainee lawyer at Latham. You’ll also meet a range of people through a number of social activities. You’ll sit in a designated practice area, prioritised according to your preferences

• Minimum A levels: AAB
