James Andrews Recruitment Solutions are a specialist recruitment consultancy providing high quality staff for a variety of specialist sectors including HR, Finance, Social Housing, Property Management, Technology, Procurement and Legal. The company was formed in 2009 by a team of recruitment specialists who had previously held senior roles for a number of national and international firms. The aim was to create a business that clients and candidates could trust to provide an excellent service, whilst also providing our employees with opportunities to develop and grow as individuals.
Our office network is able to cover the whole of the UK for clients ranging from the smallest charities, to the largest blue-chip firms. James Andrews are an accredited Investors in People (Silver) company and placed in The Recruiter Magazine’s “Fast 50” list of the 50 fastest-growing privately-owned recruitment firms in the UK (of which there are approximately 28,000!).

The recruitment sector is dominated by companies which offer individual commission, which in turn create hard-nosed, selfish sales environments. James Andrews is different. We have created a commission structure which celebrates individual and team success in every placement, thus creating an enjoyable, supportive environment. Unrivalled training and support
From the very first day you join your training and continued personal development are our priorities, which is why we dedicate a budget of over £225,000 every year exclusively for training. All training will be delivered by experienced Senior Consultants up to Director Level who have a wealth of experience and unprecedented success within the recruitment industry. Once this thorough induction has been completed, and throughout your career, you will receive continuous training and your development will be regularly reviewed and encouraged.
Many of our graduates are in their very first "proper" job and whilst clearly we want them to excel in their roles in order to help us grow, we are also passionate about their long term futures as people. We provide them with advice on the often overlooked issues that one can face when starting a graduate career, such as maintaining a healthy lifestyle. To support this we have created a benefits package that includes free gym and consultants who have been with company for 12 months have the opportunity to work from home six days per month.
