We are the name behind the high performance ingredients and technologies in some of the biggest, most successful brands in the world: creating, making and selling speciality chemicals that are relied on by industries and consumers everywhere.
Our products are sold mainly to industry, forming a vital part of other products. We offer a competitive benefits package, which incorporates a starting salary of approximately £30,000 for the Engineering Development Programme and approximately £26,500 for all other programmes, a defined benefit pension scheme, 25 days paid holiday, share incentive plans £3,000 relocation package.

Croda’s development initiatives are designed to combine the intellectual rigours of academic life with the skills required in business. Our programmes include residential training which takes place over five modules and is completed during the first two years of your employment with Croda.
You will cover topics such as personal effectiveness, communication, influencing people, teamwork, cultural awareness and managing change. You’ll go through this as a graduate year group which provides the opportunity to develop a network of people you can stay in touch with as you move through the business.
We recruit up to 10 science and engineering graduates with a 2:1 degree in a relevant subject area obtained within the last five years. You will also be required to have fluent English and European languages are desirable (French, Spanish or Dutch preferred).
