About Bright Horizons

At Bright Horizons, we care for over 10,000 children every day across the UK, and we’re on a mission to change the future for children, families, and the people we work with. There are few places where you can have an instant local and national impact and be supported by an employer with a fundamental commitment to progressive working values like flexibility, work-life balance, and wellbeing.

As one of the largest and most progressive employers in the childcare sector, we are leading the way in creating a culture at work that supports your life outside, too. We are always learning and evolving, to ensure children look forward to their next Bright Horizons experience, to supporting families on their journey, and to enabling the next generation of childcare leaders.

Our HEART Principles are the foundation of our culture. Through values like respect and honesty, we create truly supportive, accepting and forward-thinking workplaces where you can build a career for life.

At Bright Horizons, our people make us who we are. You’ll be embraced and appreciated for your talents, accomplishments, and individuality. You’ll have a sense of inclusion and belonging, and feel empowered to bring your unique perspectives and personalities to work.

We want you to feel welcome and extend that welcome to your colleagues, children, their parents, and carers. Our open culture is vital to each person’s happiness, and to being outstanding at what we do. If you’re inspired by the chance to value, respect and celebrate every day, there is no better place to move forward in your career than Bright Horizons.

Helping you grow is as important to us as helping little ones grow. When you develop outstanding skills and knowledge, it helps us deliver excellence and quality in everything we do. To achieve this, our dedicated, in-house Professional Development team, offer award winning and industry leading training to all our people, including Early Years Apprenticeships, and a new sector leading Graduate Programme in nursery management and Early Years Teaching.

We are currently hiring for Apprentices across the UK, and for our Graduate Programme for a March and September 2022 intake.
